PT Zhanchen New Materials is a rapidly growing leader in the new materials and consumer products sector. We are currently seeking a high-potential, ambitious, and driven individual to join our Management Trainee program in Semarang. This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to undergo an intensive development journey, gain exposure to cross-functional operations, and accelerate their career path toward leadership roles within our organization.
As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand the core mechanics of our business. You will participate in strategic projects, operational audits, and process improvement initiatives. We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical skills, a leadership mindset, and a deep desire to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across key departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Production.
- Assist department managers in daily operational tasks and strategic project implementation.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to solve operational challenges in the new materials sector.
- Undertake continuous learning to master product knowledge, safety standards, and industry compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Willing to be based in Semarang Tengah and handle field-based operational tasks.
