Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of store operations to ensure smooth service flow and high productivity.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate frontline crew members to ensure consistent operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply deliveries, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize waste.
- Execute customer service protocols and handle guest feedback to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards) across the store.
- Assist in the preparation of daily/weekly sales reports and financial tracking for store management.
- Participate in shift scheduling and labor cost management to optimize store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Must be highly energetic, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
