Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily management and supervision of restaurant operations.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain operational excellence and team morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and assist with purchasing orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Support in financial reporting, cost control measures, and daily reconciliation.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' or 'N' levels or a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced F&B environment.
