Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day live streaming operations and broadcast quality.
- Supervise live stream hosts and production staff to ensure smooth execution of scheduled broadcasts.
- Analyze performance data, including viewer retention, engagement metrics, and sales conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live streaming experience and audience interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align content with brand goals.
- Handle inventory management and technical troubleshooting during live sessions.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to maintain high performance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous internship experience in e-commerce or live streaming is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with key performance indicators (KPIs).
