In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with our Food, Safety, and Cleanliness Programs (FSC) across all store areas. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervise and train crew members, and help maintain the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
As a Management Trainee, you will also assist in inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies.
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise crew members to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new and existing staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Support in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Prepare accurate reports on operations, sales, and staff performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in food service or retail is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for serving others.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office applications).
- Residing in or willing to relocate to San Fernando, Pampanga.
