As a Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in the operational success of our Banawe outlet. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold high service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in menu planning and cost control initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Fresh Graduate or currently completing their degree (Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hotel and Restaurant Administration, or related fields is an advantage).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership potential and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a genuine passion for the food industry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
