Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures
- Learn and implement effective inventory management systems and cost control measures
- Train and mentor front-line staff on customer service excellence and operational standards
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to relocate or work in Boracay for the duration of the program
