Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Learn and implement effective inventory management systems and cost control measures
  • Train and mentor front-line staff on customer service excellence and operational standards
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Assist in scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles
