Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in project planning and execution of civil engineering works
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers for material procurement and logistics
- Prepare project documentation including progress reports, schedules, and technical drawings
- Support site inspections and quality control testing procedures
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, mechanical)
- Learn and apply construction management software and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Maximum 2 years of experience in construction projects or contracting firms
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management software
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) is advantageous
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and travel to project sites
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
