- Manage container receiving, inspection, and storage operations with zero-error compliance
- Coordinate depot maintenance schedules and equipment allocation workflows
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements in container handling
- Support cross-border documentation processes for international shipments
- Lead safety audits and implement OHS protocols for depot operations
- Develop inventory management reports using ERP systems
- Participate in vendor negotiations for container repair and maintenance services
- Mentor junior staff during peak operational periods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years experience in transport/manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required for overseas assignments
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
