Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily outlet operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve monthly targets
- Train and supervise junior staff on customer service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance dining experience
- Manage stock rotation, supplier coordination, and cost control measures
- Conduct daily health and safety inspections ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Participate in monthly performance reviews and business planning sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of F&B operations and customer service principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and late shifts
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications; POS system knowledge preferred
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
