Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in analyzing logistical data and supply chain metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitors and industry trends.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and procurement cycles.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility to work in Malaysia (Full-Time Employment Pass holder).
