Lucky Print Abadi, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a high-potential Management Trainee (MT) for our Electric Weaving department based in Cikarang. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will bridge the gap between advanced electrical engineering and large-scale industrial weaving operations.
As an MT in our Electric Weaving unit, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training, working closely with senior engineers to oversee automated loom systems, power distribution for high-speed machinery, and predictive maintenance schedules. We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for manufacturing excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operation and monitoring of industrial electric weaving machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical control panels, drives, and sensor systems of weaving looms.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.
- Analyze electrical power usage and propose energy-efficient solutions for production workflows.
- Prepare technical reports on machine performance and electrical system integrity.
- Support the implementation of new electrical automation projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards in the production area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in textile or manufacturing maintenance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of PLC, industrial electrical circuits, and motor control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shift schedules.
- Proficient in technical documentation and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
