Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily oversight of F&B outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and service excellence.
- Support the management team in monitoring inventory levels, procurement, and cost-control measures.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and implement service recovery protocols when necessary.
- Supervise frontline staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to company safety and health standards.
- Participate in administrative tasks including scheduling, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive outlet traffic and revenue.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new crew members to maintain high service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn the intricacies of F&B management.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated leadership potential during academic or previous work experiences.
- Basic knowledge of P&L management and food safety regulations is an advantage.
