Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily F&B floor operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and high service standards.
- Support the management team in staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and team motivation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure optimal supply chain flow.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve feedback professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety protocols.
- Participate in periodic financial reporting and analysis of daily sales targets.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns within the outlet.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in F&B is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of P&L and F&B cost control is an advantage.
