Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior staff on company service standards and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, including food cost tracking and ordering supplies.
- Monitor food quality and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and implement service recovery strategies.
- Assist management in financial reporting, labor scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute marketing and sales initiatives to drive store revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in F&B or restaurant operations is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building customer loyalty.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Good leadership potential and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Technically proficient with POS systems and basic office software.
