Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Undergo structured training modules covering inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Support the management team in monitoring outlet performance, sales targets, and labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the workplace.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements for enhanced guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and optimize service delivery.
- Develop leadership capabilities by assisting in the coaching and onboarding of new staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
