Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation and execution of food and beverage service standards.
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management when required.
- Support the restaurant management team in training junior staff and coordinating shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields is preferred.
- Must have a strong interest in the F&B industry and a passion for service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be willing to start immediately and undergo a training program.
