Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the F&B department to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Support the management team in training and supervising junior staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste.
- Learn and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food and beverage service.
- Participate in event planning, setup, and execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the restaurant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for food, beverage, and exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid SSM registration is an advantage.
