Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of crew members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food costs and waste reduction strategies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies that drive sales and profitability.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Participate in training modules and development programs to enhance leadership and operational skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a working knowledge of local dialects.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- Valid NBI clearance and a clean record.
