- Execute operational tasks across TAF's branch network under supervision
- Analyze and optimize financial service delivery processes
- Support branch management in daily operations and customer service initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement solutions for operational challenges
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to performance improvement strategies
- Lead small-scale operational initiatives as skills progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (GPA min 3.0/4.0)
- Maximum 2 years post-graduation experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic analytical tools
- Understanding of financial services industry principles
- Adaptability to fast-paced operational environments
- Willingness to rotate across Jakarta Raya branches
