Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest check-in/out experiences.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Rosewood brand, upholding ultra-luxury service standards at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping, Concierge, and Security departments to ensure holistic guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage front-desk administrative tasks, including room inventory and system reporting.
  • Support the Front Office Management team in training junior staff and streamlining operational workflows.
  • Participate in hotel-wide management projects and cross-departmental training initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong desire to excel in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.
  • Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
