Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring seamless guest check-in/out experiences.
- Act as an ambassador of the Rosewood brand, upholding ultra-luxury service standards at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and conflict resolution with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping, Concierge, and Security departments to ensure holistic guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage front-desk administrative tasks, including room inventory and system reporting.
- Support the Front Office Management team in training junior staff and streamlining operational workflows.
- Participate in hotel-wide management projects and cross-departmental training initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong desire to excel in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
