Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in comprehensive management training programs to prepare for supervisory roles.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards and resolve complaints effectively.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe dining environment.
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O'/'N' levels or Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related fields.
- Strong passion for the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and high-end environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
