As a Management Trainee (HRGA), you will undergo a comprehensive rotation program designed to provide you with deep exposure to HR operations, industrial relations, facility management, and strategic organizational development. You will work closely with senior leadership to tackle real-world operational challenges, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to the productivity of our world-class manufacturing facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in structured job rotations across HR, General Affairs, and Payroll departments.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure top talent acquisition.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and data accuracy within the HRIS system.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and general affairs operational activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Analyze operational workflows and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist in the handling of industrial relations and ensure company compliance with labor regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs and organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with maximum 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and willingness to learn new systems and workflows.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to be placed in Jawa Timur.
