Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production floor operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Coordinate shift schedules and assignment of frontline workers to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor production metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production issues.
- Train and mentor new employees on standard operating procedures.
- Prepare production reports and present findings to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in Hermosa, Bataan and available for shifting schedules.
