Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure peak efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive food safety, quality, and hygiene programs across all store stations.
- Lead and mentor store crew members to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to minimize waste and optimize stocks.
- Drive sales growth through effective shift management and local store marketing initiatives.
- Analyze daily operational reports to identify trends and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations and internal corporate policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school organizations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility toward food safety and quality.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
