Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation programs across assigned stores
- Conduct daily operational audits ensuring compliance with Jollibee's QMS standards
- Train and coach staff on food handling protocols, customer service, and safety procedures
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives
- Support store managers in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Develop action plans for operational improvements and staff development
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance teams for facility upkeep
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP/Safe Serve preferred)
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in basic MS Office applications
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods
