Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Implement and monitor compliance with Jollibee’s strict Food, Safety, and Cleanliness (FSC) programs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store crew members to achieve daily performance targets.
- Manage inventory levels and minimize wastage through effective stock monitoring.
- Address customer feedback promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies within the assigned store.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school or organizations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Keen attention to detail and a high sense of personal hygiene and food safety standards.
- A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Rodriguez (Montalban), Rizal.
