Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor and enforce strict Food, Safety, and Cleanliness (FSC) programs.
- Lead, train, and motivate service crew members to achieve peak performance.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and cost control initiatives.
- Resolve customer feedback and inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of shift schedules and staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government labor standards, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school organizations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and shifting environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management concepts.
- Flexible and willing to work on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.
