Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implement and strictly enforce all Food, Safety, and Cleanliness (FSC) standards and procedures for your assigned area.
- Train, coach, and motivate store team members, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction strategies to optimize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, cash handling, and report generation.
- Support and execute local store marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and contribute to achieving store targets and objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a QSR or F&B setting is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong leadership potential and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and possess a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required.
