Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct regular visits and surveys at customer locations to identify dump truck and heavy equipment needs under supervision
  • Learn and develop skills in managing key accounts in the Kalimantan region
  • Present and promote our heavy equipment solutions to potential and existing clients with guidance
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to customer requirements with mentorship
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate solutions
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs for assigned key accounts
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or machinery industry
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills and key account management techniques
  • Basic knowledge of dump truck and heavy equipment specifications and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Kalimantan market and business environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
