Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering all areas of restaurant operations including kitchen prep, service, and front-of-house management.
- Support the Store Manager in monitoring daily sales, labor costs, and operational efficiency to ensure store targets are met.
- Lead and motivate shift teams to provide world-class customer service while maintaining strict KFC quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in accordance with company policy and local laws.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Develop basic reporting skills by assisting in end-of-day cash reconciliation and sales analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in food service or retail is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a high-pressure environment.
