Sumulong, Antipolo. This role is designed as a fast-track leadership program where you will receive comprehensive, hands-on training in every facet of restaurant operations.

As a Management Trainee, you won't just be watching from the sidelines. You will be fully integrated into our daily operations, learning the ropes of inventory management, team leadership, customer service excellence, and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure company standards and food safety protocols are met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop service crew members to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, waste control, and food cost monitoring.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service, resolving guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Execute local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the restaurant premises.
  • Analyze daily sales reports and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; leadership experience in school organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital reporting tools.
