Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure service speed, food quality, and facility cleanliness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic performance monitoring and team motivation.
- Develop and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs to increase customer traffic and brand loyalty within the Narvacan community.
- Facilitate comprehensive business planning sessions to optimize store profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and coach store crew members to maintain high standards of service and workplace safety.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in food service or retail management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
