Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth service delivery and high standards of quality.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of crew members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for all customers.
- Train and mentor new hires to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership potential and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome).
