Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of BreadTalk store operations and management.
- Assist in managing team members, including shift scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Help implement local marketing initiatives to boost store traffic and brand loyalty.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, analyzing operational and financial data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (0-2 years of experience in retail or F&B is an advantage).
- Strong leadership potential and a genuine willingness to learn from the ground up.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and energetic personality.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Target-driven and able to handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
