Tanggung Jawab
- Learn and master core operational procedures in the restaurant environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Mandarin and English speaking guests.
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cross-functional training programs to understand all aspects of the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for the food and beverage/hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
