Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across key business units including sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and achieve departmental objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, communication, and technical skills
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or work experience in the food industry is a plus
