Tanggung Jawab

  • Participate in a structured 12-18 month management rotation program covering all aspects of restaurant operations.

  • Support the management team in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  • Learn to oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences during high-volume service periods.
  • Assist in maintaining high levels of quality control and hygiene standards across the establishment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu knowledge and service execution are perfectly aligned.
  • Develop leadership skills by mentoring junior service staff and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for operational improvement and service enhancement.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in premium or fine-dining establishments is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for international guest interaction).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
