Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured 12-18 month management rotation program covering all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Deliver exceptional, refined service to guests in accordance with Michelin-star standards.
- Support the management team in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Learn to oversee floor operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences during high-volume service periods.
- Assist in maintaining high levels of quality control and hygiene standards across the establishment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu knowledge and service execution are perfectly aligned.
- Develop leadership skills by mentoring junior service staff and fostering a positive team culture.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for operational improvement and service enhancement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; previous experience in premium or fine-dining establishments is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus for international guest interaction).
