Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive training programs covering sales strategies and company operations.
- Identify and approach potential leads to expand our customer base in the Jakarta region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance tracking for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the sales and delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) from any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in Sales or Automotive (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) is a significant advantage.
- Strong interest in the sales industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Willingness to be mobile and work in the Pulo Gadung, Jakarta area.
