Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a comprehensive, structured management training program covering all operational facets of the business.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline daily operations and improve service delivery.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Lead small-scale projects and assist in managing cross-functional team workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Prepare regular analytical reports for senior management regarding performance and project status.
- Engage in continuous professional development and internal workshops provided by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience in retail or consumer goods are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership potential, communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Able to be stationed in Tanjung Pinang, Kepulauan Riau.
