Tanggung Jawab

- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights and reports for senior management decision-making.
- Manage end-to-end departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development through mentorship programs, technical training, and leadership workshops.
- Represent the company culture and values in all professional interactions and daily business operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and functional effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum of 1-2 years of working experience.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities or previous internship experiences.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools.
