Tanggung Jawab

- Assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct research and present actionable recommendations based on training project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-time operational issues and bottlenecks.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and data accuracy throughout the training period.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with up to 1-2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a proactive learning mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
