Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Rotation: Participate in structured rotational assignments across Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain departments to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
- Process Improvement: Monitor daily workflows and identify inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance operational productivity and reduce costs.
- Strategic Support: Assist senior management in the implementation of new operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate reports that support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production staff, warehouse teams, and logistics coordinators, to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational processes, trainee activities, and performance metrics throughout the program.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of professional experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Mindset: High adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
- Location: Must be willing to be stationed in Jawa Timur (East Java) for the duration of the training program.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus.
