Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily oversight of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house workflows.
- Supervise team members to ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and food safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in supply chain management to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional, timely manner.
- Train and mentor new staff members on service procedures and brand excellence.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food preparation, presentation, and hygiene meet our strict requirements.
- Support management in administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and shift management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in the food service or restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
