Tanggung Jawab
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing the transition from R&D to mass production.
- Design and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis for complex technical issues in test and production lines.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to optimize logistics and material flow.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Document technical procedures and create standard operating guidelines (SOPs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for process automation and debugging.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical engineering tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
