Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotational assignments across hotel operations, event management, and customer service departments
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for tourism products and services
- Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend process improvements
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative tourism packages and promotions
- Prepare detailed business reports and present findings to senior management
- Mentor junior staff during peak operational periods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
- Maximum 1 year of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven leadership experience through extracurricular activities or internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
