- Master restaurant operations through hands-on training in food preparation, service standards, and safety protocols
- Assist in daily team management, scheduling, and staff supervision
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost control measures
- Implement McDonald's quality standards and customer service excellence initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional rotations covering kitchen, counter, and back-of-house operations
- Contribute to sales growth through upselling techniques and promotional campaigns
- Complete mandatory training modules in leadership, compliance, and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (final year students welcome)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
