BFI Finance Indonesia is looking for a Management Trainee Property Backed Financing (MT PBF) to join our dynamic team. This intensive program is designed to groom future leaders in the real estate finance industry.
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo specialized training in Property Backed Financing (PBF), a critical segment of the Indonesian mortgage market. You will gain practical, hands-on experience through On-the-Job Training (OJT) at designated branches, working closely with senior experts to understand credit analysis, property valuation, and customer relationship management. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a robust foundation in the banking and property sector while contributing to the company's growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth market research and property valuation analysis.
- Assist in the end-to-end loan application process, including document verification.
- Collaborate with the credit committee to assess borrower profiles and collateral risks.
- Manage client relationships and provide professional financial consultation.
- Analyze property market trends to support investment and credit decisions.
- Participate actively in branch operational activities and sales support initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendation summaries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong interest and aptitude for the property-backed financing and mortgage industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- High integrity, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be assigned to various branches and adapt to fieldwork.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
