As a Regulatory Change Associate Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping the organization identify and assess emerging regulatory and industry developments that may impact our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze emerging regulatory changes, including local and international laws, directives, and industry standards affecting the financial sector.
- Conduct impact assessments on proposed or new regulations to determine how they affect Macquarie Group's business operations, products, and services.
- Draft and disseminate regulatory change memos, including summaries of new requirements, risk implications, and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Business Unit leaders, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of regulatory obligations.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and regulatory bodies in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain and update the regulatory knowledge base to ensure the organization stays current on relevant legislative changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, risk management, or a related function within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations (e.g., OJK regulations) and international standards such as Basel III or IFRS.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and regulatory management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
