Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management and oversight of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards (HACCP/Sanitation).
- Support the scheduling, training, and mentoring of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock tracking, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding store performance and sales targets.
- Collaborate with store management to implement marketing and promotional activities at the branch level.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in food service is a plus.
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- Solid understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
- Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
