As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to sharpen your operational skills, leadership capabilities, and business acumen. You will work closely with store managers to oversee daily activities, ensure food safety compliance, and maintain the high standards that our customers have come to expect. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the daily management and oversight of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards (HACCP/Sanitation).
  • Support the scheduling, training, and mentoring of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock tracking, ordering, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding store performance and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with store management to implement marketing and promotional activities at the branch level.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in food service is a plus.
  • Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Solid understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer literacy.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
